Wrestling runs from December to March.
Register your child for the free clinic which runs Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (11/30, 12/1, 12/2)
Wrestling is held in the Mahopac High School wrestling room, located at the back of the high school.
Once your child is registered for the season, they will need wrestling shoes. Athletes will be supplied with head gear and a singlet or fight shirt and shorts. Any child wearing braces will need a mouth guard.
Athletes who wrestle in tournaments do so on an individual bases. Wrestling in tournaments is not mandatory. Many athletes decide they just want to learn the sport and practice and scrimmage within the program only.
